Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), one of the leading independent software companies that develops professional trading software, has reportedly partnered with Chinese trading platform provider, Zhengzhou Esunny Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Esunny) for providing connectivity to Chinese derivatives markets.

Sources cite that both companies have come to an agreement that they will be developing a joint technology solution that connects Esunny’s platform and Trading Technologies’ TT® platform. The linkage of these two platforms will offer an infrastructure for international brokers as well as global traders to access Chinese derivatives markets including CFFE (China Financial Futures Exchange), INE (International Energy Exchange), DCE (Dalian Commodity Exchange), SHFE (Shanghai Futures Exchange), and ZCE (Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange).

Speaking on the partnership, Michael Kraines, CFO, and President of Trading Technologies said that the company is excited to be able to allow its customers to trade China’s rapidly increasing exchange offerings seamlessly on its TT front end for the first time. By collaborating with a regional leading company such as Esunny, TT traders can now access derivatives market that priory could not be traded affordably and easily along with the world’s other trading centers, said Kraines.

Mr. Kraines added that China is the second-largest economy in the world and the main driver of derivatives volume growth today. Chinese regulators are continually relaxing restrictions and introducing new international derivatives products thereby increasing opportunities to trade profitably and the company would be well-positioned to meet that increasing demand, states Kraines.

As per sources, this agreement will bring together over 250 TT’s international brokers and thousands of proprietary and buy-side clients with Esunny’s distribution network of over 120 Chinese brokers as well as overseas intermediary brokers.

With this move, Esunny will strengthen its international market access offering by using TT’s exchange connectivity. TT will provide the customer with direct access to China through its devoted network of data centers, which spans Europe and Asia/Pacific, the U.S, and connects to over 50 exchanges across the globe.
